Was poking around Dallas and came across this absolute beauty. (cool 64)

The property has no snark from me but what was interesting is when I found this video from 2015 and it had a very different price. Video here

I wonder why it is having such a tough time selling. Video boasts a deal at 100 million, Zillow currently has it at 64. You can see below it went as low as 29.5.
