Simple, what would you change?

I couldn't decide on one photo. I like the orange room. The grey one.... I think often I would trip and not know which way was up. This is a cool view for a layout dork like me. Assuming to scale, you can really see how architects and their clients allot the space. What holds value when we're talking square footage? Why is the kitchen so far away from the dining room? Who gets to their clothes faster? And obvi, we need plenty of room for the cars. So what would I change? Was poking around Dallas and came across this absolute beauty. (cool 64) Thought to self, 64 million...6...4...million... The property has no snark from me but what was interesting is when I found this video from 2015 and it had a very different price. Video here I wonder why it is having such a tough time selling. Video boasts a deal at 100 million, Zillow currently has it at 64. You can see below it went as low as 29.5. interesting.

Bathroom edition #5 Recently migrated my retirement sights up north in the west. Here is a nod to creating this bathroom in your place, inspired by a 19.5 mil home. Nothing complicated here. This feels soulless but if I were in a hotel, I would feel grand. Maybe it is staging.

Honestly, this bathroom is inside an absolute dream home in Carmel-By-The-Sea. I think I would keep the flooring and update the vanity and mirrors. 4.5 mil
