What Would You Change? C'est la vie
I couldn't decide on one photo. I like the orange room. The grey one.... I think often I would trip and not know which way was up. I would close the door to the kitchen (that transition!) add plants and figure out how to hide or remove the curtain strings. And pull that table back! Now the grey bathroom. I had to show this to the family and we all gasped and offered different ideas. I think they got a good deal on this marble and if you have the nerve, take a look at the

What Would You Change, Layout Ed.
This is a cool view for a layout dork like me. Assuming to scale, you can really see how architects and their clients allot the space. What holds value when we're talking square footage? Why is the kitchen so far away from the dining room? Who gets to their clothes faster? And obvi, we need plenty of room for the cars. So what would I change? Well, I don't think I would have a car in my "Salon" between me and my view of the pool. I think the dining space feels...lazy? I

The Crespi Estate WWYC? The Price!
Was poking around Dallas and came across this absolute beauty. (cool 64) Thought to self, 64 million...6...4...million... The property has no snark from me but what was interesting is when I found this video from 2015 and it had a very different price. Video here I wonder why it is having such a tough time selling. Video boasts a deal at 100 million, Zillow currently has it at 64. You can see below it went as low as 29.5. interesting.

What Would You Change? Going West
Bathroom edition #5 Recently migrated my retirement sights up north in the west. I hadn't ever considered the Seattle area and man was I surprised with the architecture, the amount of condos and multi-family living and the prices! This penthouse (?) is asking 7.5 (and a hefty monthly condo fee) but c'mon, look at this primary bathroom! So what would I change? Most of the bathroom materials, maybe start with the floors and cabinents. I'd try to work with the black marble kee

What Would You Change? Bathroom ed. #4
Here is a nod to creating this bathroom in your place, inspired by a 19.5 mil home. Nothing complicated here. This feels soulless but if I were in a hotel, I would feel grand. Maybe it is staging.

What Would You Change? Bathroom ed. #3
Love essence. Window wall is great, just wish the faucet came out of adjacent wall giving the well some space. Also, the outlet...could it find a more discrete spot? I would also like a mirror with a metal frame. 19.5 mil

What Would You Change? Bathroom ed. #2
Honestly, this bathroom is inside an absolute dream home in Carmel-By-The-Sea. I think I would keep the flooring and update the vanity and mirrors. 4.5 mil

I am back looking at properties and this time trying to figure out where I would retire....in California! I came across this bathroom and it stopped me in my tracks. Why? Carmel Bathroom, 4.7 mil house

What Would You Change? A LOT
A little different addition here to this cir. 1860 home in Maryland. At a cool 3.9 mil you can buy and have a modern crows nest on your farm house. Question, what is in it? https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/10420-Oaklyn-Dr-Rockville-MD-20854/37269620_zpid/ As far as what I would change? Perhaps the addition to look more like a silo on a farm? I would also photograph what is in it!

What Would You Change? A CLOCK
2799 Broadway St. SF For 35 mil in San Francisco, you could own this clock. Honestly, yes the clock, it is too much and I would fear it smooshing me in the night. I'll cheers to the wall and the nightstand.
