What Would You Change? Going West

Bathroom edition #5

Recently migrated my retirement sights up north in the west. I hadn't ever considered the Seattle area and man was I surprised with the architecture, the amount of condos and multi-family living and the prices! This penthouse (?) is asking 7.5 (and a hefty monthly condo fee) but c'mon, look at this primary bathroom!

So what would I change? Most of the bathroom materials, maybe start with the floors and cabinents. I'd try to work with the black marble keeping it modern and moody. Tub has to stay in that position though; turn the lights out and soak.
